Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment databases.

Employee Engagement:

  • Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities.

HR Operations:

  • Support office logistics and vendor coordination as part of daily admin operations.

 

Requirements:

 

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.

 

Passion for working in HR and contributing to organizational growth.
