**Job Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.
  • Drive delivery of successful client implementations and improve CSS and CSAT.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create proactive client propositions and deliver reactive client propositions.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to thought leadership documents.
  • Talent planning, acquisition, and deployment, including creating talent acquisition strategies and plans.

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in IT services, with the last 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader role.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company, and product roadmap.
  • Strong revenue and cost management expertise.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
