SAP Delivery Manager

Delivering impactful SAP solutions requires a strong leader who can oversee service delivery, manage incidents and problems, and ensure the smooth operation of SAP applications. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP support models, stakeholder management, and continuous service improvement.

This role requires effective leadership and management skills to lead SAP AMS operations across multiple modules and landscapes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance. They will serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and IT leadership for AMS-related issues.

The job involves monitoring and tracking service delivery performance, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and governance standards. The candidate will also coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure effective resource utilization and 24/7 support coverage. Additionally, they will drive service improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and proactive problem prevention.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in AMS/service delivery management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Solution Manager, Jira).
  • Proven track record in managing onshore/offshore support models.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices in AMS delivery.
