About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee production operations and drive productivity improvements in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in molding processes and materials.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain quality control systems and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in production management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Technical knowledge of molding processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Experience with SAP and other manufacturing software systems.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and analytical skills.
