ServiceNow Developer for Telecom Order Management

The role involves the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow and its applications in the telecom industry. They must also be proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments and their application in software development is necessary.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing custom applications to meet telecom order management needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Developing ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and a strong understanding of telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment.
Technical skills required include proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
