Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow implementation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our clients, understanding their requirements and pain points. You will translate these into functional specifications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications.

  • You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions, leveraging your expertise in sales and order management processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations and ensure data flow.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform/module.
  • Document processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • A good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organizations
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per Organizations SOM process
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance
  • Extensive experience in third-party integration, REST, SOAP, other methods, Integration Hub, and Ebonding
