Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Description:

We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow developers to fill this challenging role. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining various ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Leading instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.
