Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including creating custom modules, workflows, and scripts
  • Expertise in CMDB and ability to design and implement effective configuration management solutions
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and ITAM tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
