About the Role:

As a senior-level ServiceNow Developer, you will spearhead the technical strategy and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams and work on high-impact, enterprise-wide initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who has 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT development and wants to drive technical decisions and shape architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical decisions and shape architecture

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (especially ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and modules like CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of integrations (e.g., with Jira, Workday, Oracle) using REST APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Strong scripting background – JavaScript, Python, etc.
  • Mindset for automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
