Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to developer tasks, provide ServiceNow support, and collaborate with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure seamless teamwork.
  • Apply knowledge of standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own the code from design to delivery.
  • Monitor day-to-day technical tasks to deliver them on time and meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementation of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source, and Transform maps.
  • Implementation of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuration of ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creation and maintenance of ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establishment and maintenance of data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
