Cloud-Based Software Development Manager

A leading organization is seeking a skilled Cloud-Based Software Development Manager to oversee the development and deployment of cutting-edge cloud-based practice management software solutions for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have 9 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core), React Native & offline database, MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features in C#.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs, and React Native.
  • Pitch innovative ideas and test new approaches.
  • Manage the full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents using sound incident management practices.
  • Analyse business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional, and technical specifications.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and implement high-quality software.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services.
  • Ability to oversee code development and potentially participate in problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with innovative technologies and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in Agile Scrum environment and CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes is essential. Strong knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON) is also required.
