Our team seeks a skilled and experienced Shooting Coach to lead our shooting program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with students of different age groups and skill levels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to make a meaningful contribution to the development of young shooters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions that cater to the needs of beginner, intermediate, and advanced shooters. They will also be expected to promote shooting as a sport that requires focus, discipline, and concentration.

We are looking for someone who can help us build a structured shooting curriculum that aligns with the school's sports vision. This person will also play a key role in promoting inclusivity, encouraging both recreational and competitive participation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise in shooting sports, including air rifle and air pistol. They must also be committed to safety, discipline, and professional standards. Excellent communication and motivational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver age-appropriate training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced shooters.
  • Promote shooting as a sport of focus, discipline, and concentration.
  • Coordinate with management for event participation and talent promotion.
  • Establish a structured shooting curriculum integrated with the school's sports vision.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the shooting range, equipment, and accessories.
  • Maintain records of equipment usage, servicing, and inventory.
  • Train students in responsible use and care of equipment.
  • Share feedback and progress reports with students, parents, and school leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Certified Shooting Coach (National Rifle Association of India or equivalent certification mandatory).
