We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads via phone and email to consult with them on how our programs can benefit their careers.

Program Advisors are expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets in international markets, with experience using CRM software and managing large pipelines of leads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
  • Use your exceptional communication skills to provide in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Adhere to our sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Comfortable making 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process that require follow-up.
