About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Video Production Lead to oversee the planning, direction, and execution of video projects from concept to delivery.

This leadership role involves overseeing a team of cinematographers and editors, managing on-ground shoots across multiple locations, and collaborating with stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including shoot schedules, crew coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of shoots, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with a team of creatives, including cinematographers, editors, and designers, to deliver high-quality video content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video production, direction, or creative project management.
  • Strong command over project planning, visual storytelling, and project timelines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Travel Required: Frequent. Work Style: Field-based, on-location shoots.
