Art Director for Large-Scale Video Productions

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the creative vision of a large-scale video production project.

We are seeking an Art Director who can define and maintain the visual identity, style, and tone of the project. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of artistic storytelling and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee daily creative output across multiple studios, ensuring quality and brand alignment. They will develop playbooks, guidelines, and workflows for scalable video production and collaborate with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring concepts to life.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in art direction for film, ads, or large video productions. A strong portfolio showcasing branded content and e-commerce video work is essential. Additionally, they will have proven ability to manage multi-studio/multi-location operations and exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain the visual identity, style, and tone of the project.
