About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Creative Director at Hungry Shark Media, based in Bengaluru. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing the creative process, managing multiple creative projects, and leading a team of designers, writers, and other creatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing creative strategies, directing the design of marketing materials, branding initiatives, and ensuring all creative content aligns with client expectations and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven Creative Direction Skills: Proven skills in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding are essential for this role.
  • Artistic Visionary: Experience in Art Direction and Graphic Design is required to lead our creative team.
  • Effective Leader: Strong leadership and team management skills are necessary to drive our team's success.
  • Excellent Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial for collaborating with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Flexible Team Player: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field is mandatory.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience in the digital marketing industry is highly desirable but not required.
