  • Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends and incorporating them into designs
  • Collection Development: Collaborate with team to create stunning collections reflecting brand's aesthetic
  • Order Execution: Work closely with production team to ensure seamless execution of orders from concept to delivery
  • Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Exhibition Participation: Represent Younglings at various exhibitions and events, showcasing designs to wider audience
  • Store Onboarding: Assist in setting up new stores, ensuring smooth transition and providing ongoing support
  • Costing: Manage costs effectively, working closely with procurement team to source materials and negotiate prices
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with pattern masters, tailors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control

  • A degree in Fashion Design or related field from reputable institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
