Fashion Merchandising Executive

The Fashion Merchandiser role requires a dynamic and driven individual to manage relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, contribute to the growth and visibility of the brand portfolio.

This is a challenging role that demands a balance of creativity, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fashion merchandising and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

Designer & Store Management
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
Business Growth & Brand Development
  • Drive sales growth for existing brands by developing merchandising strategies.
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.
Onboarding & Partnerships
  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with the company's vision.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Develop long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • Strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, especially with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
