About the Role

We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser to join our Mukti & Kavith Casa production unit in Thane. The role will be the key link between design, production, and store requirements — ensuring that collections move smoothly from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate with design & production teams to ensure timely execution of collections


• Plan merchandise flow: from fabric allocation → embroidery → finishing → final dispatch


• Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations


• Maintain accurate reports (production status, pending orders, delivery timelines)


• Work closely with store teams to align production with actual sales demand


• Ensure quality checks are in place during each stage of production


• Support the production manager with day-to-day operational requirements

Requirements


• 2–4 years of experience in fashion merchandising or production coordination


• Strong organizational & follow-up skills


• Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery processes, and garment lifecycle preferred


• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting & tracking


• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment
