Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Creative Visionary to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for bringing our brand vision to life through compelling design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually stunning social media creatives, posters, banners, and brochures that capture the essence of our brand.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional team to create engaging short videos, edit student testimonials, and produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital, print, and event materials.
  • Experiment with design trends to keep our brand fresh, youthful, and engaging.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong skills in both static design and video editing.
  • A good sense of typography, colors, and layouts.
  • Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging stories.
  • Prior experience in the education or youth-focused sector is a plus.
