Job Title:
Senior Interior Designer

Are you a visionary with a passion for creating exceptional interior spaces? We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team.

  1. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and meeting client requirements through regular meetings and conferences. This involves developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as identifying opportunities to provide innovative design solutions.

  2. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality sketches, drawings, and floor plans using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills. They will also be able to create engaging idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.

  3. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong understanding and aptitude of design principles, including color theory, lighting, and spatial planning. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain an excellent portfolio of previous works and utilize their creative talent, imagination, and eye for design to deliver exceptional results.

  4. Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently is essential. The successful candidate will also need to possess excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and other relevant software. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are also required.

  5. Qualifications include a Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch or equivalent experience. Technical skills include Interior Designer, Google Sketch-up, AutoCAD, and Microsoft office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and meet client requirements through regular meetings and conferences.

  • Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.

  • Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding and aptitude of design principles.

  • Maintain an excellent portfolio of previous works.

  • Utilize creative talent, imagination, and eye for design to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in residential projects.

  • Modular interior experience is mandatory.

  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

  • Experience in handling clients and managing projects independently.

  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
