Lead Content Creator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months–2 years of experience in a reputable advertising or digital agency, with a proven track record of crafting compelling narratives, catchy campaign ideas, and engaging copies across digital, social, and branded content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing impactful, engaging, and original copy across various platforms, collaborating closely with art directors, designers, and strategy teams to deliver integrated creative work, and ensuring brand voice consistency across all content touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop fresh creative concepts and stories that align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content that meets client expectations.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6 months–2 years of experience as a Copywriter in a reputable top ad agency.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a flair for writing short-form and long-form content.
  • Excellent command over English – crisp, witty, and impactful writing.
  • Exposure to working on digital-first campaigns is a must.
  • Passion for pop culture, advertising trends, and brand storytelling.
