**Senior Art Director Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Art Director to lead our design team in developing innovative visual solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision across campaigns and projects, ensuring strong visual storytelling that resonates with audiences and aligns with our brand strategy.

Your role will involve collaborating with copywriters, designers, and strategy teams to create impactful work across digital, print, and video while driving team efficiency and profitability.

  • Develop and execute campaign ideas, branding, and content for digital and offline platforms, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead and inspire the design team, mentoring junior and mid-level designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Partner with copywriters and strategists to bring integrated campaign ideas to life, leveraging your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation basics.
  • Oversee visual consistency across projects, ensuring brand guidelines are maintained, and presenting creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders confidently.
  • Monitor design team productivity, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and contribute to overall team profitability.
