Job Title: Multimedia Content Producer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled multimedia content producer to lead the creation of engaging video content for our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos, reels, shorts and promotional materials using advanced editing techniques such as transitions, color grading, motion graphics, text animations and sound design.
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, videographers and social media teams to deliver timely, brand-consistent content that meets the needs of our target audience.
  • Optimize videos for various social media formats and aspect ratios to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Develop and maintain an organized library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics and finished projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Film Production, Media, Communication or related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in video editing.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Demonstrated ability to visualize storytelling, pacing and timing to deliver impactful content.
  • Understanding of video optimization strategies for different social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity and organizational skills.
