Job Title: Strategic Content Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled strategic content manager to join our team. This role requires a creative thinker and a high-caliber content professional capable of delivering impactful, research-driven content that aligns with our marketing philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Content Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that support business goals, customer engagement objectives, and marketing automation initiatives.
  • Content Development & Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize high-impact content for digital platforms, including web pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, infographics, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
  • Thought Leadership & Executive Ghostwriting: Produce authoritative thought leadership pieces, ghostwritten articles for CXOs, and executive content that position the company as industry pioneers.
  • Multiformat Content Creation: Conceptualize and storyboard content for long-form articles, podcasts, corporate videos, webinars, and multimedia assets aligned with our marketing focus.
  • Marketing & Sales Collateral: Develop compelling marketing assets such as campaign landing pages, service portfolios, solution kits, brochures, and info-graphics to support lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Research & Industry Analysis: Leverage industry data, market research, and emerging tech trends to produce credible, relevant, and future-ready content.
  • Leverage Tech & Automation: Integrate latest marketing automation tools, AI-driven content platforms, and analytics to produce high-quality content swiftly and efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use SEO and analytics tools to track content engagement, optimize for discoverability, and measure impact.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Organize and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and technological advancements to continually enhance content effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in strategic content development within marketing domains.
  • Portfolio: Portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-impact content across formats and industries.
  • Skills: Proficiency with content management systems, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Work Environment: Based at office location, with limited WFH flexibility if required. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. Immediate on boarding preferred.
