National Sales Manager-Liability
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager for our Liability division in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the insurance sector, with a focus on developing strategies that drive growth and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve national targets for liability products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the region.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- 15-20 years of experience in sales management, particularly in liability insurance or financial services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the liability insurance market and regulatory landscape in India.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
