
Helpdesk Support Specialist

Your role in our team will be focused on delivering seamless IT support to end users based on the ITIL framework.
Below are the key responsibilities:
- Manage global helpdesk support and escalate issues as necessary.
- Handle day-to-day requests and utilize IP monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with multiple technical teams and participate in a 24/7 support model.
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or servicedesk.
- Excellent English proficiency, particularly in writing.
- Strong IT awareness, technical acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of internet networks, VMs, Cloud solutions, O365, AD, and Microsoft certificates are a plus.
- Ability to work in various shifts and maintain high levels of honesty and integrity.
