Sales Operations Support Specialist

As a vital member of the Sales Operations team, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools. Key responsibilities include timely resolution of support tickets related to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified. Strong knowledge of navigating the Salesforce landscape and terminology, with a focus on data security and territory management is highly preferred.

The Business Systems Specialist will work closely with internal/external customers and vendors (some technical, some non-technical) to drive all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.

This role involves managing access and visibility related issues, assisting in scheduled maintenance of the systems via data migrations, maintaining SLA targets, and documenting best practices and usage.

Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
  • Strong knowledge of navigating the Salesforce landscape and terminology.
  • Ability to work with various internal/external customers and vendors.
