Learning and Development Specialist Role Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the learning experiences that drive transformation across teams and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development & Design:
    Create high-impact training materials, e-learning modules, and engaging resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop innovative learning solutions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth program rollouts.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Maintain meticulous project documentation, budgets, and tracking tools. Optimize processes for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Innovation in L&D:
    Experiment with modern learning tools, platforms, and methodologies. Stay updated on trends in learning technologies and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Facilitation (Good to Have):
    Facilitate workshops, discussions, and post-training feedback sessions. Ability to moderate large groups virtually and face-to-face.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Operations, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in designing training content (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, e-learning tools).
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take on varied challenges.
  • Tech-savvy, with a good grasp of LMS platforms and tools (e.g., MindTickle, Asana).
