Position Overview:The Training Operations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of training programs, ensuring seamless coordination, resource management, and operational efficiency.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality training experiences. Key Responsibilities:1. Training Coordination & ExecutionPlan, schedule, and execute training sessions (virtual/in-person).
Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and guest speakers to ensure availability and readiness. Ensure all pre-training preparations, including venue booking, technology setup, and material distribution. Monitor attendance, engagement, and feedback collection during training sessions.2.
Learning Management System (LMS) & Training PlatformsManage and update training content on the LMS.Troubleshoot technical issues related to online learning platforms. Generate reports on training completion, learner progress, and feedback.3. Stakeholder CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for trainers, participants, and business units.
Liaise with internal teams (HR, IT, Admin) for smooth training execution. Manage communication related to training schedules, logistics, and requirements.4. Training Logistics & Resource ManagementArrange training materials, manuals, and handouts as needed.
Manage training venue bookings, catering, and audiovisual setup. Ensure availability and proper functioning of training tools (projectors, whiteboards, etc.).5. Data Management & ReportingMaintain training records, attendance sheets, and participant databases.
Prepare reports on training effectiveness, feedback, and ROI analysis. Assist in budget tracking and expense management for training activities.6. Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure training programs comply with company policies and industry standards.
Conduct post-training evaluations and suggest improvements. Ensure adherence to confidentiality and data privacy guidelines.7. Continuous Improvement & InnovationSuggest enhancements to training operations and processes.
Keep up with emerging trends in learning technologies and training methodologies. Support the development of innovative training formats and delivery methods. Qualifications & Skills:Required:Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.2 years of experience in training operations, learning & development, or event coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
