We are seeking an experienced professional to drive international business growth within the Aerospace & Defence industry.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven sales track record and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with major international clients.
- Cultivate customer intimacy through strategic beat planning and market knowledge.
- Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process from customers, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Expand customer relationships by proactively identifying evolving requirements.
- Serve as the primary link of communication between customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve customer issues and manage complaints effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for stakeholders.
- Track customer inquiries and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- International Business Development Experience: 6-7 years of experience in International Business.
- Aerospace & Defence Industry Experience: Proven experience within the Aerospace & Defence industry is essential.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Sales Track Record: A demonstrable and proven sales track record.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth market knowledge relevant to the Aerospace & Defence sector.
- Time Management & Planning: Exceptional time management and planning skills.
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) combined with an MBA in Marketing or an equivalent qualification is required. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
