Key Account Business Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to contribute to our company's growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and meeting with prospects to close sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate leads by researching the market, attending networking events, and using sales prospecting tools. Maintain a detailed record of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to tailor our products and services to meet their requirements.
Account Management:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share market insights. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position our company's offerings.
Performance Metrics:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Participate in regular sales training and development programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
