Business Development Manager

- Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness and professionalism.
- Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis, identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
- Prepare monthly lists of accounts to penetrate for the following month, prioritizing key targets.
- Plan site inspections and entertainment meetings with qualified potential accounts or new accounts to establish strong relationships.
- Prepare and implement monthly action plans for the main market segment, ensuring alignment with Hotel objectives.
- Monitor competitors' rate strategies, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Fully responsible for accounts under management, including contracting, updating profiles, and renewing contracts.
- Update management on VIP arrivals and meet and greet accordingly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and promote Hotel facilities and services to maximize sales revenue.
- Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
This role requires expertise in managing associations, convention and exhibitions organizers, and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry. Preference is given to candidates currently employed at esteemed properties.
