Business Development Manager

- Provide actionable insights to the management team to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, market analysis, and customer interactions.
- Utilize the company's CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
- Master's degree in business marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene, facility management, or Horeca industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing business development and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation products and services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
