Sales and Business Development:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless customer interactions by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide actionable insights to the management team to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
Sales Reporting and Record-Keeping:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, market analysis, and customer interactions.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hygiene, facility management, or Horeca industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing business development and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
