Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kogta. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling a team of Relationship Officers, and driving business growth through new client acquisition and business generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by management.
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Officers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing business.
- Responsible for individual and team targets, including sales, collections, and customer satisfaction.
- Source, service, and disburse business, and manage overdue collections.
- Monitor team productivity and business performance, and provide coaching and training to improve performance.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Credit and Operations, to ensure smooth processing of loans and servicing.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in sales and collection, preferably in asset finance products and car loans.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in retail sales.
- Excellent client servicing skills and good financial, analytical, and communication skills.
