Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Telecom Product Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through effective sales and distribution planning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retailers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
- Prepare business improvement and investment plans to drive measurable growth
- Engage clients and retailers based on their area of interest and improve business share for future growth
- Arrange resources for client/business development and ensure good supply management
- Ensure awareness of product category-wise sales of key accounts and plan for upgradation
- Prepare brands-wise sales analysis of key retailers and prepare strategy to improve Vivo share
- Analyze client's brand preference and persuade him to increase Vivo share
- Good resource management skills to prevent any situation and maximize output
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Positive attitude to deliver in high-pressure working environments
- Microsoft savvy (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Team management and leadership skills
