Job Role:

The Office Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the organization's administrative activities.

This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks, provide support to company operations, handle employee relations, and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • New employee onboarding processes and orientations.
  • Administrative staff management and coordination to ensure seamless office functioning.
  • Payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements coordination and scheduling.
  • Correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping handling.
  • Support in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations.
  • Employee records management including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Employee relations issues handling including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Office operations management including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
