Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Data Analytics Hiring

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our data analytics hiring efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field of data analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing teams and driving successful hiring campaigns. You will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others, as well as a deep understanding of the data analytics industry and its trends.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to recruit top talent in data analytics
  • Leading a team of recruiters and providing guidance and support to ensure successful hiring campaigns
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our hiring practices

You will also be responsible for monitoring data performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed, ensuring that our hiring processes are efficient and effective.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as information technology or business analytics
  • A minimum of 12-14 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of experience in data analytics hiring
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, as well as proficiency in data analysis and trend identification
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions
