Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet our staffing needs. This includes creating job descriptions, posting ads, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will also provide support to managers and employees on employment-related matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
