This role is responsible for designing, executing and governing talent management initiatives to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
\Talent Strategy & Governance:

- Identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles through a well-structured succession planning process.\
- Manage skills gaps in the current workforce by integrating them into performance and development cycles.\
- Implement capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance.\
- Utilize HR analytics to identify talent trends and risks/opportunities for leadership decisions.\
- Collaborate with Business leaders and HR partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.\
- Design and manage leadership interventions to strengthen the leadership pipeline.\
- Drive organization-wide implementation of performance management cycle, including goal setting and reviews.\\
