Job Description:

As a Junior Google Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for high-growth D2C brands. You will research audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover growth opportunities. Your daily tasks will include optimizing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, and delivering insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
  • Research audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Optimize campaigns daily - from bids and budgets to creatives and targeting
  • Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) and deliver insights
  • Test new ideas, creatives, and strategies in collaboration with the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns
  • Must-have: Solid understanding of Google Ads for D2C brands
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics and optimization levers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
  • Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or certifications in Google Ads
