Lead Visual Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced visual designer to lead our brand's visual identity. The successful candidate will create designs that feel premium, connect with consumers, and build brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design. They should have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and experience designing for direct-to-consumer, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Leading the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
  • Working with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
  • Translating consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentoring junior designers and freelancers; providing creative direction and feedback.
  • Staying on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • An ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • A strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
