Pre-Sales Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Expert to drive revenue growth through effective pre-sales activities and innovative solution development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges, then conduct thorough needs analysis to translate client needs into compelling solution proposals.
  • Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to technical and business audiences, responding to RFPs and RFIs with high-quality tailored responses.
  • Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives, building a compelling solution pitch for internal and business audiences with the right go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the global ISV landscape, including latest technology trends and key regulatory requirements, developing and maintaining a strong understanding of competitors and their offerings.
  • Contribute to thought leadership activities, such as point of view pieces, white papers, blog posts, or conference presentations, working closely with sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Expertise You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters/MBA degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related role within the IT services and products industry.
  • Good understanding of ISV landscape, PE/VC value creation and product engineering services.
  • Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
  • Good understanding of GenAI and Cloud computing is a plus.
