Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Leader to drive the development and implementation of our digital strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming businesses through digital innovation, with expertise in contact center operations, sales, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall performance and governance of our digital transformation initiatives
  • Manage transitions during set up phase or expansion phases, ensuring seamless execution
  • Establish digital infrastructure for services, including technology, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources
  • Provide exceptional people and process management, mentorship, and career development to team members
  • Drive Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains
  • Identify and escalate business risks timely to stakeholders

Critical Skills Required:

  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience, with a focus on digital marketing ads sales
  • Dynamic leader with experience managing large teams across multiple sites, driving growth and profitability
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • University Graduate or above, with a degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders and driving organizational change
  • Strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales and business development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Very strong level of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment, with ability to work under pressure
