We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Associate IS Voice Engineer to take on the challenge of designing and maintaining voice communication systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain voice communication systems to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize for reliability and efficiency, minimizing downtime and improving overall user experience.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on voice technologies, empowering them to get the most out of our systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in VoIP technologies and protocols, including SIP and RTP.
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) or similar systems, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Knowledge of telephony hardware and software integration, including call center technologies and solutions.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and IP networking concepts, enabling effective optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard practices and procedures, ensuring compliance and best-in-class performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex voice traffic and quality issues and develop effective solutions.
