Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Solution Delivery Specialist, you will own the delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions for enterprise clients.

  • Conduct client workshops to capture requirements and needs.
  • Translate client expectations into actionable plans, covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance.
  • Oversee solution design and platform assessments, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities, providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Document reusable patterns and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking, or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code, logging/monitoring tools, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage technical and business stakeholders.
