Expert Commercial Banking Professional Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced expert in commercial banking to join our team. This individual will serve as a solutions expert and advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of banking delivery functions, with deep knowledge of maturity models, platforms, geographical requirements, client support systems, and accelerators in the ecosystem. They will be able to translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for BPS functions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Providing strategic insights and process consulting to drive transformation, support solution design, and ensure delivery excellence in commercial banking engagements.
  • Staying current with regulatory trends, market shifts, and technology innovations in the banking sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to one or more areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, capability decks, and process views.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global banks, either directly or via BPS engagements.
  • Global exposure (UK, US, APAC, or Middle East banking regulations and practices).
