Job Role: Rural Banking Ambassador

The role of a Rural Banking Ambassador is to foster strong relationships with customers in rural areas, delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. This position involves supporting the Relationship Manager in identifying potential customers and converting them into profitable opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Build trust with rural banking customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lending Operations: Collaborate with team members to manage lending activities, ensuring timely disbursal of loans and meeting monthly targets.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities, leveraging these to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in branch banking, preferably in rural markets.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Customer acquisition targets.
  • Cross-selling performance metrics.
