Role OverviewThis full-time role involves delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, generating leads, managing accounts, and providing top-notch customer service as an Inside Sales Representative at StoreKing in Bengaluru South. The focus lies in building lasting relationships with clients and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic selling.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong connections with clients to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and strategic selling techniques.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Account Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients, providing personalized service and support.
- Inside Sales and Account Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
