Job Title: Sales Performance Executive

Job Summary:

Mobigic Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Executive to drive sales growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products/services
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals within established sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales teams to share best practices and market intelligence
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or business development
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in CRM software

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in industry/sector sales
  • Certification in sales or marketing
